Terri Baron, CEO/President - Terri has been licensed in California to sell real estate for 23 years with 16 years as the Broker owner of her own firm.  She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Southland Association of Realtors. She is a third generation real estate broker, following her father and two grandfathers into the business.

Terri represents both Buyers & Sellers in the sale and purchase of single family, commercial, multifamily and resort real property. In addition, she also represents both, Lessors & Lessees in Leasing all types of properties. Terri provides invaluable analysis skills to each client in order to provide them with the tools to make an informed decision on purchasing or selling their properties.   She has been successful in providing clients with 1031 property purchase options in order for them to find suitable replacement to defer taxable gains.

As a former Vice President, Senior Asset Manager and REO Manager of three financial institutions,  Terri negotiated the sale and/or loan restructures (loan workouts) of complex real estate transactions including the sale of Real Estate Owned single family property and income producing property REO (both commercial and multifamily).   In addition, Terri oversaw the property management operations of all bank REO on commercial and multifamily properties including buildings with 5-500 apartment units as well as Single Family REO asset management and sale of REO for the institutions.
